Effective Date: September 4, 2026
This Refund Policy governs refunds, cancellations, withdrawal rights, credits, and payment disputes relating to products and services purchased through Marketra, operated by MARKETRA CC LLC.
By purchasing a product or service through Marketra, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy, together with our Terms of Service and other applicable policies.
Where a transaction is processed through Paddle, Paddle may act as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for the transaction. In such cases, the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy may also apply to the transaction.
Where applicable law or mandatory consumer protection rights provide greater or additional rights, those rights will prevail.

Products may be provided through digital download, license keys, account access, online services, subscriptions, or other electronic delivery methods.
Because digital products may be delivered, downloaded, accessed, activated, streamed, or used immediately after purchase, refund eligibility may be affected by the nature and status of the transaction and by applicable law.
Unless required by applicable law or expressly approved under this Policy, transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
However, a refund may be available where:
Required by applicable consumer protection law;
The product is materially defective;
The product is materially different from its description;
The product cannot reasonably be accessed or delivered;
A duplicate transaction occurred;
An unauthorized transaction is confirmed;
A refund is approved at the applicable provider's discretion;
Marketra or the applicable payment provider otherwise determines that a refund is appropriate.
Refund requests are reviewed individually.
Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval unless a statutory or other mandatory refund right applies.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
Where applicable, the following statutory or consumer protection rights may apply to eligible consumers.
Eligible consumers may have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from certain digital content and service contracts and receive a refund.
For subscriptions, this right may apply to the initial transaction and may not apply to subsequent renewal payments except where required by applicable law.
For digital content, the statutory withdrawal right may cease once delivery, downloading, streaming, or use of the digital content has begun where the consumer has expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the applicable withdrawal right.
Eligible consumers may have a 14-day right to withdraw from certain digital content and service contracts, subject to applicable law.
Eligible consumers may have a 7-day right to cancel certain digital content or service transactions after delivery, subject to applicable law and applicable statutory exceptions.
Eligible consumers may have a 7-day right to cancel certain digital content or service transactions after delivery, subject to applicable law.
Eligible consumers may have a 5-day right to cancel certain digital content or service transactions after delivery or first access, subject to applicable law.
Consumers in other jurisdictions may have additional statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer protection rights.
Where mandatory local law provides greater rights than those described in this Policy, the applicable law will prevail.
If a purchased product has a persistent technical issue or material defect that prevents the product from providing the features or benefits substantially as described, the customer should first contact Marketra or the applicable Seller to attempt to resolve the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, Marketra or the applicable Seller may attempt to:
Diagnose the problem;
Provide installation or configuration guidance;
Provide an updated version;
Replace corrupted files;
Provide an alternative download;
Correct a configuration issue;
Repair or replace the affected product.
If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved and there is evidence of a material product or technical defect, a refund may be issued in accordance with applicable law and the applicable payment provider's policies.
Digital products that are delivered and made fully accessible immediately after purchase may generally be non-refundable once delivery or access has occurred, except where:
Applicable law provides a mandatory refund or withdrawal right;
The product is materially defective;
The product is materially different from its description;
The transaction was unauthorized;
A refund is otherwise approved under this Policy or the applicable payment provider's policy.
Where applicable law requires express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgment of the loss of a withdrawal right, Marketra may request such consent before providing immediate access to the relevant digital content.
Refund eligibility for software licenses, activation keys, downloadable software, and similar digital products may be affected where:
A license key has been activated;
The license has been materially used;
The software has been downloaded or accessed;
The product has been used beyond the applicable license terms.
These circumstances do not override mandatory consumer protection rights.
For subscription-based products and services:
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled;
Customers may cancel future renewals through available account controls or the applicable billing management interface;
Cancellation normally prevents future billing but does not automatically create a refund for a previously billed period;
Access may remain available until the end of the applicable paid billing period;
Refunds for previously billed subscription periods may be available where required by applicable law or approved under the applicable refund policy;
Free trials, promotional credits, discounts, and bonus periods generally have no cash value unless otherwise stated.
Where a subscription is purchased through Paddle, subscription cancellation and refund requests may also be managed through the transaction receipt, billing page, or other Paddle-supported customer interface.
Where Marketra handles the initial customer support process, customers may contact:
A refund request should normally include:
Full name;
Account email address;
Order or transaction number;
Product or service name;
Date of purchase;
Description of the issue or reason for the request;
Supporting information or screenshots where reasonably necessary.
Where the transaction was processed through Paddle, customers may also use the refund or subscription-management functionality provided in their Paddle transaction confirmation or billing interface.
Paddle may use its transaction records to verify the transaction, timing, payment method, and refund eligibility.
Where a refund is approved, the refund will normally be returned through the original payment method where technically and legally possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on:
Payment processor;
Card issuer;
Bank;
Payment method;
Currency;
Geographic location.
Where Paddle processes the transaction and refund, Paddle will process the refund in accordance with its applicable policies and procedures.
Paddle's current Refund Policy states that eligible refunds are generally processed using the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval.
Marketra does not control delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment providers.
Where no mandatory refund or withdrawal right applies, Marketra or the applicable payment provider may consider a refund request on a discretionary, case-by-case basis.
Relevant factors may include:
Nature of the product;
Reason for the request;
Whether the product has been accessed, downloaded, activated, or used;
Whether the product is defective;
Whether the product substantially matches its description;
Previous refund activity;
Evidence of fraud or abuse;
Applicable contractual terms.
A discretionary refund may be approved in full, approved partially, or declined.
A discretionary refund does not create an obligation to provide the same refund for future transactions.
Subject to mandatory applicable law, refunds may generally be refused where:
The customer has simply changed their mind;
The wrong product was purchased without a product defect or misleading description;
The customer lacks the technical knowledge required to use the product;
The customer's device, hosting environment, software version, or third-party system is incompatible where compatibility requirements were disclosed;
The customer modified the product and caused the issue;
The product has been used in violation of its applicable license;
A license or activation key has been activated or materially used;
The product has been redistributed, copied, resold, or otherwise used beyond the applicable license;
The request involves fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior;
The customer has attempted to exploit the refund process.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Where Marketra provides products supplied by independent Sellers, the Seller may be responsible for product-specific support, updates, and technical assistance.
Customers may be asked to contact the applicable Seller first to attempt to resolve a product-related issue.
Marketra may facilitate communication between the customer and Seller and may review relevant transaction and product information.
Where the transaction is processed through Paddle, any refund must be handled in accordance with the applicable Paddle procedures. Marketra will not independently issue a payment directly to the customer where Paddle is the Merchant of Record for that transaction.
Customers are encouraged to contact Marketra or the applicable payment provider before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute is initiated, access to the relevant product or service may be temporarily restricted while the matter is reviewed.
Marketra and/or the applicable payment provider may provide transaction records, delivery records, access records, communications, and other relevant information to the payment provider or financial institution as reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute.
Customers retain any lawful rights to dispute a transaction under applicable card-network rules and consumer protection laws.
Knowingly submitting fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions or termination, subject to applicable law.
Refunds may be refused where there is reasonable evidence of:
Fraud;
Account abuse;
Unauthorized resale;
License violations;
Repeated abusive refund requests;
Chargeback abuse;
Misrepresentation;
Manipulation of the refund process.
Marketra may restrict or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity, subject to applicable law.
Cancellation of a subscription or recurring service prevents future billing where cancellation is completed before the next applicable billing event.
Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation does not automatically result in a refund for amounts already charged.
Where applicable, access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
Where permitted by applicable law, payment processing, banking, currency conversion, network, or other third-party transaction costs that have already been incurred may not always be recoverable.
Any refund deductions will only be made where legally permitted and where applicable terms clearly allow such deductions.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, limit, waive, or otherwise interfere with consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, those laws will prevail over any inconsistent provision of this Policy.
Where a transaction is processed by Paddle or another authorized payment provider, additional payment-provider terms may apply to the transaction.
For Paddle transactions, customers may be subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy in addition to this Policy.
In the event of a conflict concerning the processing of a Paddle transaction, the applicable Paddle terms and mandatory applicable law will govern to the extent required.
Marketra may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
The latest version will be published on the Marketra website with an updated effective date.
The version applicable to a transaction will generally be the version in effect at the time of the transaction, subject to mandatory applicable law and any applicable payment-provider terms.
